Super Bowl Sunday


Super Bowl Sunday!

The day of chips, dip and beer.  I would be the last person to pass judgment on those who care to indulge (trust me, I’ll be doing some indulging myself.) However come Monday morning – big time Kettlebell workout.  I plan on spending a lot of time doing Z-Health drills and a VO2 max snatch workout.
